I was trying to introduce a sense of confusion in this one, to further drill home that this world is a strange, unfamiliar one. Like John, the audience is supposed to be thinking "Huh... Weird."
The term "Four" will be explained later, but basically it represents a category in the heirarchy of Zombies. It's a 1-5 system, so Four is pretty darn good. More specifics will be given in a 'brochure', likely an extra 'comic', or possibly as a future update.
