Hello! Hope you're having a good week, glad to be a part of it!
Sylene seems willing to play on her ability to fluster him, and his seeming inability to keep up with her conversation. I love how June depicted him being drawn into a trap with Sylene's arms.
Looking at a few houses tomorrow! Should be entertaining! I'm also almost done fixing my friend's computer. I finished installing a new hard drive and putting in the software and such, when I realized that I had never exactly figured out what was wrong with his DVD drive. So I popped out the screwdriver and went to work, popping off the faceplate and all that fun stuff... Turns out the motor or the gears or something is broken in behind the tray, and at that point I said "You know what? It's $30. Get a new one." because the idea of trying to figure out how to completely dismantle / reassemble a DVD drive is completely beyond my ability as a Tech Nerd.
Oh, and I signed up to try to work with Habitat for Humanity, so hopefully that goes well. I'm hoping to learn some house building stuff, and it seems like a nice thing to do. The Police volunteering is sparse during this time of year. I'm hoping it picks up soon though, there are some great coordinators / volunteers working with our local police department, and I enjoy working with them.
Hope you enjoyed the comic, hope to see you back for Monday's comic! Have a great weekend everyone!
puppy eyes?
i like the "trapped" idea too. though her arms look flat/she's holding a "flat" john. but it doesn't matter because ther idea was still good.
The flatness is only slightly visible in the last panels, but I only saw it once you mentioned it. It's nothing really. But the way she is holding him is scary D:
But somehow I think his survival chances with her are bigger than with Beth...
I can't say why.
It just feels that way.
