This is my favourite written comic so far, I think. I loved Dr. Seuss as a kid (I hope you guys read the book so you get the reference!) I enjoy reading it to my kids too. That was a man who knew how to write books for younger children. His stomach is going to get John into some problems in the future.. It's like the MacGuffin that keeps on giving. Need a reason for John to do something stupid / out of character / risk exposing himself? Starvation. Yep Ca-ching! Us hokey writers have to rely on things like that in order to mask our talentless hack-ness. Also, we make up words.
If you didn't see them, we uploaded another fan art and the picture that was up on Top Webcomics in December. Back 2 comics.
To anyone who is new and read the entire thing in one go, do you find the inclusion of bonus images and junk really detracts from how the story goes? I was thinking of maybe archiving the old bonus images / fan art into a separate tab and making it independent of the storyline section... I mean, still uploading them, but maybe taking them down after a week... Feel free to post your thoughts here in a comment, or email us at Gottogm@gmail.com.
Still waiting on our domain name transfer... Is 2+ weeks a decent turn around to get permission from the domain owner when they are also the company that sells you it? Some day soon, hopefully, you will be able to get to TOGM a lot faster! ... unless you bookmarked it, in which case, equally fast, but it'll still look nicer.
We made $0.003 on our advertising today. Now you see why everyone's making webcomics these days.. Who wouldn't want a sweet 3 one thousandths of a cent to keep them warm at night? We're adding it to our 'downpayment for a house' fund :D

WTF I'm getting .dll errors like mad. Every few seconds it was like, DING .dll error. After some super sleuthing around, it's discovered that I have a few really nasty trojans and viruses(virii??) on my system. GREAT! The PC becomes completely trashed, and James has to do some heavy duty super awesome computer fixing thing ma-bob's to get it up and running.
It takes HOURSSSSSSSSS. After all is fixed, I'm able to get on the computer around 7 pm and finish the comic in the nick of time.
The kicker? The reason my tablet had stopped working was because I just so happened to pick up the WRONG pen. For some reason the old pen to my old tablet was left on my desk and in a fit of nostalgic familiarity my brain decides to choose it and send us all into a clusterfuck of panic for the rest of the night. Great job there, brain!
OH wait, I forgot. No brains were used in the making of this comic...

I like the bonus images, and any annoyance that may have come out of them getting in the way is more the result of me being disappointed it's not a storyline comic.

and thats a funny story about the tablet :P fyi i work on computers for a living, in the future download "malwarebyte's" and "spybot" - both are free and together can detect and remove most viruses, depending on the computer you can clean it up in 2-3 hours with maybe 10 minutes of human interaction. if you ever need support and you see me on msn let me know

@Viper - I will acknowledge a certain percentage of chance that I b0rked my efforts somewhere, but I'm fairly certain that I did try running the virus scanner in safe mode... She had quite a few viruses in her computer.. :/ Unfortunately, as someone who is not employed in that capacity, I didn't keep a log of what I tried ;)

Also a few days ago I tried to use my tabled, didn't see anything happening, almost panicked and then saw that I was holding a completely different inkpen with the cap on...
How's that for stupid, huh?
Brain points for at least not inking all over your tablet..

@2G - Thank you 2G :) I've been thinking that we need to add something like that as well, I'm just horrible with editing the layout and junk... I mean... Look at the 'cast list' ... Soooo much stuff to do, but I guess we're just getting started :D
