Thanks Johlin, you're right about the use of the wrong word... I actually did that the last time I used the word faint, but for some reason, I didn't catch it this time. Oh well, thanks for the catch, should be fixed now :)
@MG - Thanks, I'm glad you're enjoying it :) The original last line was "Why could I have gotten Zombie Miyagi", but I wasn't sure if people would get the Karate Kid reference.
Man, those 3D boxes and backgrounds are really working out for you... Nice job.
Guess all we have to find out now is if the Ones are the shambolic morons we know from most Zombie movies or the fast, predatory psychopaths a la "28 Days later"...
There are free TOGM clinics all around the city, and yet some One is wandering around an abandoned (until John showed up) warehouse looking for some... And given that it's probably been a long time since anyone was there, I'm going to guess it's been wandering for some time...
So yeah, probably going to agree with you on the Moron option ;) We didn't have enough Rageahol to create "28 days later" zombies :)
Thanks Viper! I like the look of it so much I was tempted to draw it out even further than it will be (and this will already be more drawn out than I originally intended it)
Why do I get the feeling this One is the security guard for this warehouse? Good thing Fours look so much like Humans you can't easily tell them apart by looking at them. If John uses his BRAAAAAAINS! before they get eaten he might get out of this okay.
It hasn't come up yet, but a sufficiently starved One doesn't care whether you're a Human, a 3, or Robert himself. That's why a number of Ones have been relocated to the Wastes.
Hey say... where do they get replacement limbs? Do they keep Ones around so they can take their good limbs for the smarter zombies? Many questions linger!
No, they are created much like the replacement organs and such are created today. The world of TOGM is very similar to ours in some respects. But in certain areas, namely those related to their continued ability to exist as a society, they are very far advanced.
They have some of the smartest people in the world working towards a common goal with all the resources of their society working in synch... For certain considerations, like replacements, they are VERY far advanced.
@Sandy Thank you very much for the compliments on the art work!
So far as the boxes, I was going to label them, but it was too hard to get the perspective right on the words. This is an old food warehouse, think Sobey's or Costco. There are canned vegetables, meats, dried beans, etc, rice and pastas.
More delicious comic pages for me to devour! :D
His face in the last panel amuses me greatly.

My money is on the moron. ^_^

I'm definitely enjoying the shot variations :D

Great comic, and the artwork is improving so fast it's scary...
